The team

Two operators.Zero layers.

WHY

We started 8—o after watching too many good companies circle the same drain: another tool, another pilot, another quarterly review where nobody could say what the AI actually did.

So we built the studio we kept wishing existed — small on purpose, senior by definition, allergic to theatre. When you work with us, you get the two of us, end to end. The person who diagnoses your workflow is the person who builds for it.

8—o is our second act together. Our first is Oplantia — the AI recruiting platform we built and shipped into private beta at oplantia.com. This studio is the service arm of everything that taught us.

Oukasha Javed

Co-founder — Product & Applied AI

Bought his first e-commerce lesson at 16 and shipped it. Moved through SaaS, automation and applied AI before most people finish a degree. Founder of Oplantia — oplantia.com, live in private beta. At 8—o he runs product, AI systems, and the uncomfortable questions asked in week one.

BROTHER-NAME — portraitTM/02

BROTHER-NAME

Co-founder — Engineering

Software engineer at BBOX, shipping production systems daily — ten years deep in the exact discipline this agency sells. At 8—o he owns architecture, reliability, and everything with an uptime budget. The reason our systems work on day one instead of demo day.

How we operate

Three house rules.

R/01

Fewer projects, deeper work.

We take a handful of engagements at a time. If we're at capacity, we'll tell you to wait rather than dilute the work.

R/02

Write the playbook, then delete ourselves.

Success means your team runs the system without us. Dependency is a failure mode we've designed out.

R/03

If it doesn't ship, it didn't happen.

No credit for strategy decks, prototypes or intentions. Only adopted systems count.

Ready when you are

Out of the loop.Into production.

Tell us where the work piles up. We'll tell you — honestly — whether AI is the answer, and what it should pay back.
